Marvin H. Schulteis is instructor of Business Law and political science at Columbia College--Lake Campus, located at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. He has been an adjunct instructor at the college since 1999. He can be contacted by clicking on the "Links" page, just to the left .
Professor Marvin, J.D. is an attorney by education. He received his Juris Doctor degree in 1964 from Washburn University, Topeka, Kansas. Before teaching college, he completed a 30-year career upon retirement from Southwestern Bell Communications Corporation, now AT&T. During his business career, he primarily worked in the area of telecommunications utility regulation, representing the telephone company before regulatory commissions in both Kansas and Missouri.
Professor Marvin is now enjoying his "retirement" doing what he has always wanted to do, teaching college. He teaches both the initial and the advanced Business Law courses, as well as American Government, State & Local Government, Judicial Process, and an election season course, Media & Politics.
